Definitions of form fields:
Description for Wall Card: A sentence or paragraph describing the artwork to the viewer. Talk about the social justice connection to the theme.
Media or Material: is the materials used in creating the art, e.g., “oil on canvas”, “mixed media”, etc.
Dimensions: is the height and width with units (for example: 37″ x 18″ or 120 cm x 85 cm)
Source: is optional and can be the institution the art is borrowed from, the owner, etc. For example, “Courtesy the XYZ Gallery” or “Garland H. Johnson Collection”
